Kimberly A. Donchez, CPA, CVA – Managing Partner
Kim began her accounting career after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Immediately upon graduating, she worked for a regional public accounting firm in Pennsylvania. In 2008, she joined Michael Frazier’s team. While initially hired as an auditor, she quickly transitioned to working with clients in all aspects of public accounting. Kim has great core knowledge and experience in all areas of accounting, taxation, and business. Her experience also includes IRS representation and trust and estate accounting and taxation. She is a CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
Brittany McMeans, CPA
Brittany is a CPA licensed to practice in the states of Tennessee and Florida. She joined Frazier & Associates, CPAs in October 2015 after relocating to Tennessee. At Frazier & Associates, CPAs, she provides tax and accounting services for individuals and businesses in a variety of business industries, including healthcare, restaurants, real estate, music, and professional fields. She also assists clients with consulting and tax planning. She is very familiar with working with QuickBooks desktop and online versions.
Prior to joining Frazier & Associates, CPAs, she worked for a local CPA firm in Florida for 10 years. While at that firm, she focused mainly on tax preparation and bookkeeping, but also prepared compilations, reviews, and audits.
Brittany received her Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in 2007. She also received her Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida in 2008.
Brittany is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA), Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA), and National Center for Professional Education Fellowship (NCPE Fellowship).
Brittany is married to her husband Tim and enjoys spending time with him and their two boys.
Norma Y. Boies, CPA
Norma joined Frazier & Associates in 2017. Before joining the team, Norma lived in Washington State and Hawaii where she worked at respectable public accounting firms. She graduated from Hawaii Pacific University and has over 16 years of audit experience. Norma is skilled at providing timely, accurate information and ensuring accounting regulatory compliance. Our audit team focuses on HUD audits, nonprofit and other small companies. She grew up in Honduras and is bilingual in English and Spanish. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and friends.
J. Michael Frazier – Founder
The Frazier family has kept a CPA presence in Franklin, Tennessee since 1972. In 1993, Michael Frazier purchased the accounting practice from Bobby Frazier, a relative, and founded Frazier & Associates. Through his expertise and leadership, he has grown the firm into the successful operation it is today. Sadly, Michael passed away after a brief illness on May 13, 2021. He had over 40 years of accounting experience. While the only remaining Fraziers on our team are Michael’s beloved Goldendoodles, Hunter and Goldie, we remain committed to continuing the legacy of his firm with the integrity, dedication, and work ethic that he instilled in us.
